  • Want to fight less and play more? How about comfy, pleasure-packed, intimate connection without all the pressure? Looking to love your partner and actually like them?

  • Intimacy coaching for couples who’s physical connection is impacted by chronic pain.

There’s nothing worse than lemon in a wound. That’s what happens when we try and force our already hurting bodies to pretend there is pleasure when what we really feel is pain.

From physical ailments to abuse histories, so many things can make sex-lives unsexy, and intimate touch feel divisive.

Re-design what physical connection looks like so it fits your bodies in this moment

Not sure where to start?

A Good Fit Session is a quick chat with me to see how we can best work together.

You can book a Good Fit Session here, and also here’s some tips to help you with your choice:

Thoughtful Care for Individuals

Do you just want a massage, visceral manipulation, or movement education?

Book a bodywork session. I have helped clients fully alleviate long standing acid reflux, resolve chronic hip and neck pain, re-gain long-lost mobility in shoulders, hips, knees, and pretty much every other region of the body, find long lasting relief from chronic pain symptoms, heal well from surgeries, manage intense asthma with less use of an inhaler, and so much more.

Looking for a way to wrap you mind around something that seems too big to make sense of your self? Need an accountabilibuddy to help you actually do all the things you keep saying you want to do - especially the ones you already know how to do but just can’t seem to make yourself get to?

Embodiment Coaching sessions, (sometimes I call it Relationship Coaching), is the place where we find structure in the mess of life, build a scaffolding that you can get a good grip on so you can move toward things you want that have been feeling unreachable. Clients have worked with me on:

  • creating and maintaining a workout and eating routine that they can actually follow with a new baby at home and an ADHD brain

  • navigating the online dating scene after what feels like endless rejection/dates that go nowhere

  • coming out as queer to their heterosexual spouse

  • figuring out how to keep their full time job and school schedule while trying to end an abusive relationship

Combine it all. Are you craving an integrated, hands-on experience where you can get into your body to process your thoughts and feelings?

An Embodying SiM session combines therapeutic touch, intuitive movement, parts work, and mental organizational tools to help you get in touch with the untouchable without breaking. This deeply somatic work is the best care I have encountered for moving through old wounds, deep traumas, big fears, strange events and life changes that feel like talk therapy just doesn’t cut it.

Supporting Couples and Partnerships

Intimacy Coaching Sessions (aka Relationship Coaching Sessions) can be done virtually or in person. These sessions are for partnerships who are experience strife or roadblocks to connection - including physical connection - that they just can’t seem to get through on their own.

My approach to partner coaching emphasizes finding a shared language set, verbal and physical, that you can use together to better express your selves and hear the other one. I’ve helped partners:

  • have a safe and knowledgeable place to focus on touch and physical expression

  • navigate romantic life when major life stress, new kids, depression, grief and political instability are pulling at each other.

  • express sexuality and sexual preference

  • hold the relationship with care through gender transitioning and coming out as queer

  • explore different relationship structures (long-term long distance, monogamy, open relationships, polyamory, lifestyle)

  • get better at fighting the problem instead of each other

  • figuring out how to freak out less and have more fun with each other again

From Pain To Pleasure - Intimacy Coaching Sessions for Partners in Pain is specifically geared to helping partners experience intimate connection while living with chronic pain. Chronic pain sucks. It can exist because of a structural issue or illness in your body, or come from a history of sexual, physical, or emotional abuse, or it can be there for reasons unclear to you. No matter where it comes from, it always sucks, and it always impacts your sex life.

Things like vulvodynia, vaginismus, dyspareunia, endometriosis, and PCOS can be especially challenging for vulva owners, and all people struggling with things like chronic fatigue, Chron’s disease, Lyme, and fibromyalgia can likely relate to the challenges of maintaining a relationship while maintaining your sanity. If you and/or your partner(s) are struggling with physical intimacy because of chronic pain, come see me.

Want to learn all about Intentional Touch? These two-hour long Hands-on Approach sessions help partners to really understand how to give touch and receive touch. Turns out, even though most people have been touching other people all their lives, many don’t really know what they are doing or why.

  • Partners Relax and Receive Session (yoga and massage) - A receiving session for the partnership: ease into restful positions and get massaged into relaxation with chill music and lighting. A great treat where you can shut your mind off and sink into your body together.

  • Custom Partners’ Massage Lessons - A private session where you get customized instruction on how to care for and bring pleasure to your unique bodies. This is the customized version of the group class that I teach, and leaves us with much more time to focus on the specific things you want to get better at feeling and doing with your partner.

  • Sweethearts Massage Class - You can think of this beloved client favorite as Stability in Motion’s “partner connection 101”. You’ll learn about how to give a great massage, yes, but you’ll also learn the basics of feeling a body, the foundations of exploratory communication, and how to deeply listen.

Please note! No sexual activity will ever occur during these sessions. These sessions are here to explore all kinds of touch, and I am happy to discuss with you and educate you around all of touch types, but I do not offer directly sexual services of any kind.

If you are attending these sessions and classes, sex and sexuality will be discussed candidly, so please be ready to inform me/other attendees of any boundaries you have around this so that we can all offer the utmost respect and care to one another.

Care is Communal

*Important! - Stability in Motion services are a piece of the puzzle to your well-being. This work is not a replacement for mental health therapy, medical care, necessary medications, community support, or intentional work on your part. I have a network of medical and clinical practitioners I can recommend for you who are extremely well qualified to be other pieces of that puzzle, and I will always encourage you to seek care from those who are not only trained but also personally qualified to support your body, your mind, and your relationships in the ways you need. All treatments have there time and place, and often a combined approach is what creates the greatest sense of well-being.

Respect is Required

Know that I will always uphold and respect the boundaries of my clients, class attendees, fellow educators and myself. I ask that you do the same.

Exploring sexuality is an incredibly healthy and rewarding endeavor. While I am very comfortable discussing these topics and offering guidance around touch, I not offer or provide sexual contact in any sessions, nor do I offer support during sexual activity.

There are many skilled professionals, practitioners and community spaces that offer room for that sort of touch to be explored, and I encourage you to look to them for those services rather than asking a massage practitioner or other professionals who are not clearly offering those services.

Contact and comments should remain respectful, thoughtful and intentional in all sessions and classes.
